Meet Our Culinary Expert
Albanise's culinary talents began at home, watching her mother prepare magnificent dishes and entertaining their many friends. At school, she took home economics, where she learned food science and the art of cooking.
After completing high school, she went on to university, where she received a Bachelor of Science from SUNY College at Buffalo and a Master of Arts from the University of Central Missouri. She currently holds a Graduate Certificate in Nutrition and Healthy Living from Cornell University.
Her adventurous spirit and global travels led her to a deep appreciation for Mediterranean cuisine. Her love of cooking and sharing meals compelled her to celebrate the rich tapestry of flavors and traditions she encountered along the way.

Her stories not only showcase the delicious recipes she learned but also the cultural significance behind each dish.
