Baked Salmon

Ingredients

  1. Fresh filet of salmon

  2. Salt

  3. Black pepper

  4. Garlic powder

  5. Cumin

  6. Paprika

  7. Olive oil

  8. Fresh dill

Preparation

  1. Rinse the salmon in cold water.

  2. Place on a flat baking sheet.

  3. Drizzle olive oil on both sides of the fish.

  4. Sprinkle salt, black pepper, garlic powder, cumin, and paprika to taste. Use sparingly not to overpower the fish.

  5. Chop a bunch of fresh dill, and coat fish with it.

  6. Bake in a 350-degree oven for 20 minutes or until done but not dry.
